PD-F1000CW Installation requirements
Please install this equipment in a solid horizontal and non-inclined place. The input voltage of the equipment is single phase 200-240VAC 50/60 HZ capacity above 40A ±10%. The equipment must be grounded. Please install this equipment in the surrounding temperature 5~40 oC, humidity below 85%, no drastic temperature change. In addition, please avoid using: Places prone to dew; Places with many vibrations and shocks; Places in high frequency sources of interference; Places with large amounts of garbage, dust and oil; The parts and walls of the equipment should be kept above 60cm for ventilation and heat dissipation. Cooling water (distilled water or drinking pure water) is required for the new machine. Add cooling water into the cooling system tank to the water level line, then, cover the water temperature set to 25 ℃ (winter) -28 ℃ (summer); For new machines and machines that have just replaced laser tubes or cooling water, turn on the air switch and wait for the water cooler to run for five minutes, allowing the water cooling system to discharge all blisters. And check whether the pressure of the water chiller hydraulic meter is normal if shut down several times to restart the exhaust air.
